
Yellowstone Human Trafficking Task Force is the July recipient of a $5,000 check from First Federal Bank & Trust’s “Community Commitment” Program.
The Yellowstone Human Trafficking Task Force was created in 2016 to help coordinate the efforts of law enforcement, service providers, and community groups and volunteers in Yellowstone county, Montana and the surrounding areas in their work to investigate and prosecute traffickers and buyers, to assist victims of labor and sex trafficking, to increase community awareness, and prevent future trafficking.
First Federal Bank & Trust’s “Community Commitment” program awards $5,000 a month to a local non-profit. Anybody eligible to apply as long as they’re in Yellowstone County. Forms to apply are available on their website or at any First Federal location.
